WWGR Quality systems are modeled after the ISO 9001:2008 quality system, certification in process.

We have ongoing process improvement for forming and packaging operations.

Our quality system is based on statistical process controls.

Each production run includes these routine, in-process and end of line quality checks:

• Complete first article visual and dimensional check performed at job start up.
• Visual and dimensional auto -gauges vision systems perform 100% dimensional inspection and rejection in-process.
• Routine hot end inspection performed and documented by operators in-process.
• Continual cold end 100% visual inspection performed by trained packers at end-of-line.
• In-process and end-of-line audits are performed by QA and are random and stratified to. cover three shifts of operation. These audits meet a normal level II sampling plan.
• Pre-shipment audit to confirm accuracy of the product, packaging, quantities, and labeling.

Trained Quality Auditors perform and document regular visual and dimensional checks and ensure all procedures are followed.

All production history is maintained for a minimum of three years
